StartLogic began providing quality hosting services in November of 2003. Based out of Pheonix Arizona, they offer a full range of hosting services including domain name registration, shared windows and unix/linux based hosting plans, virtual dedicated server plans and dedicated servers. They are listed as being a Better Business Bureau member since July of 2004.
Personal Experience with StartLogic
I've personally hosted with StartLogic with both a Prologic account and a VPS account. The hosting was solid for me in both cases. The prologic account is managed through a Vdeck control panel that integrates with StartLogic billing. It has come a long ways since my Prologic account.
The virtual private server we had through StartLogic was Linux based on Fedora core. Control panel was Plesk and very solid. We used the VPS for a few years but I decided to move to a Cpanel/WHM setup.
I work on StartLogic hosted sites often for clients and I like the way they set things up. The Prologic accounts seem to work decently with popular open source scripts like Wordpress and Joomla and I believe they have an auto installer for some of these scripts as well.

StartLogic offers 24/7 356 day live phone/ticket/chat technical and customer support. The live chat feature can be handy for quick questions. Sales and billing run 7 days a week also but not 24hrs.
