They offer several feature rich shared hosting plans for both Windows and Linux. The control panel seems fairly robust and reminds me of a cross between vdecks ease of use and cPanels packed features. BBB certified as the Ecommerce Corporation.

I've worked with IX Hosting accounts both on a friend's site and with clients. The hosting plans seemed solid and feature rich. I did not have any problems.
One thing worth mentioning...IX Web Hosting has one of the slicker hosting control panels that I've seen. Comparing to other control panels I've had to use I found it very user friendly and well layed out.
